1. Shipping costs

1.1. national shipping
For all deliveries within Germany we offer our customers a free shipping from a value of 75 €. For orders below 75 € we charge 4.95 € shipping costs

3.2. international shipping
For the shipment of goods in the following countries, the shipping costs depend on the respective total weight of the ordered articles, which are shown in the following table.

2.1. National Shipping
Your orders will be shipped with DHL




2.2. International Shipping
We ship standard within Germany and also offer an international shipping. A corresponding shipping table with all country specifications can be found under point 1.2. If you wish to ship to a country not listed, then please send us an email to info@wodewa.de and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then shortly inform you, if we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, notify you of the shipping costs, as we must inquire about the shipping option and the costs in advance from our shipping partner.

3. Payments
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product presentation in the offer: 


1.1 Prepayment
You choose to pay in advance if you can not or do not want to make your transfer of the invoice amount via one of the other online payment options. You may not have access to your PIN / TAN, do not have a credit card, or do not like to make money transactions over the Internet. Nevertheless, order conveniently and transfer the amount within three days to the account specified in the confirmation e-mail. Please do not forget to quote the order number and customer number so that we can safely allocate your payment. We process your order as soon as we can determine the receipt of the money. In some cases, it takes two business days for the amount to be transferred from your bank to our account. Whole 7 days we reserve your items - enough time for your payment by cash in advance. For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the product presentation in the offer:

1.2. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex)
Secure online payment with your Mastercard, VISA, Maestro or Amex - that's easy. And since data security and your trust are enormously important to us, SSL encryption also offers the highest level of security when you pay by credit card: All order and credit card data are only transmitted encrypted to us in this process. Furthermore, we use the 3D-Secure authentication process, which ensures that the rightful cardholder and legitimate online merchant participate in a transaction. If a credit card holder is registered via one of the registration methods using the 3D Secure procedure, he will be shown an entry page of his bank during the payment process in the merchant's online shop, where he enters his password. Only with the correct password, which is known only to your customer and his bank, the payment will be made. For MasterCard this solution is called "MasterCard Secure Code", for Visa "Verified by Visa". To pay by credit card, simply select "credit card" as the payment method during the order process. Then you will be asked to provide the following credit card information:

• Card Type (Mastercard, VISA, Meastro, Amex)
• Name of Cardholder
• check digit
• period of validity
• Possibly. Credit card password

The name of the cardholder and the card number and expiration date can be found on the front of your credit card. The check digit is a three-digit number (the last three digits of the number in the signature field) on the back of your credit card. This increases your payment security on the Internet. Your payment is made via a payment form of the Heidelpay payment platform. Heidelberger Payment GmbH is a bank-independent payment institution and provider of secure payment transactions. As a partner to the banking industry, these regular security certifications and operations are governed by the PCI security standards of VISA and MasterCard, so you can securely pay online.



1.3. PayPal
PayPal is a well-known international online payment service that allows you to make secure, easy, fast and free payments in online stores. PayPal is safe: Your bank or credit card details are only deposited with PayPal. That's why they are not sent over the Internet every time they make an online purchase. The payment will be deducted either from the stored credit card or by direct debit from your account. PayPal is easy: you pay with two clicks. Because you can access your bank or credit card details stored at PayPal instead of entering them again with every purchase. PayPal is fast: The seller gets after confirmation of PayPal immediately a confirmation and can send the goods quickly to you. Use PayPal immediately: If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can set it up in minutes easily and free of charge.

PayPal Plus - Credit Card
If the buyer has chosen the method of payment credit card, this must be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after its legitimacy as a legitimate cardholder by its credit card company at the request of PayPal and debited his card.

PayPal Plus - Debit
If the buyer has chosen the method of payment direct debit, he must not be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, the buyer gives PayPal a direct debit mandate. About the date of the account debit the buyer is informed by PayPal (so-called Prenotification). Upon submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal will ask its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out and the buyer's account is debited.

PayPal Plus - Purchase on invoice
If the buyer has chosen the method of purchase on account, he must not be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. After successful address and credit check and delivery of the order, the seller relinquishes his claim to PayPal. The buyer can in this case only pay to PayPal with debt-discharging effect. For the payment via PayPal apply - in addition to the terms and conditions of the seller - the terms and conditions and privacy policy of PayPal. PayPal Plus - payment by installments
The convenient and easy installment payment from PayPal gives you the possibility of a 0% financing of your purchase from 99 € to 5000 €. If you have chosen the installment payment as payment method, you will be forwarded to PayPal after submitting the order. There you choose the appropriate duration of your installment according to your needs. You only enter your bank details and date of birth. Address data are taken from the data provided by wodewa in the cash register area (billing / delivery address).


1.4. Sofort
SOFORT Ueberweisung is one of the safest payment systems on the Internet and is several times TÜV certified payment method in which you use their secure online banking.

1.5. Invoice
When purchasing for free with Klarna you will receive your goods before you have paid. You can shop relaxed, make your order and look at the products in peace at home. Then you have 14 days to settle the bill. You do not need to provide sensitive data, the purchase on account is completely risk-free.

1.6. Installment purchase / financing (only in Germany)
With Klarna's flexible installment purchase, you can pay at your own pace. You can first shop and then look at the goods in peace at home. All purchases made by installment purchase with Klarna are collected on a clearly arranged monthly bill. Every month you decide how much you want to pay.


1.7. Amazon Payment
Shop quickly and easily and use the information stored in your Amazon customer account. Pay safely without reentering your shipping and payment information. They are protected by the A to Z guarantee - as when shopping on Amazon.

1.8. GiroPay
With giropay you can pay easily, quickly and securely: in the secure online banking of your giropay participating bank or savings bank. Without additional registration, you simply use PIN and TAN from your online banking. For small amounts up to 30 EUR is now possible to pay without TAN.



1.9. ApplePay
Apple Pay provides a convenient, secure and confidential way to pay with the Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad and Mac. (currently only available in Australia, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Canada, Switzerland, Spain and Russia)

1.10. iDeal
iDEAL is a means of payment for secure online payments directly between bank accounts in the Netherlands. iDeal enables every Dutch visitor who has access to online banking at a participating Dutch bank to process their payment in this way. (only available in Netherlands)
